Lee Griffiths has completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics, graduating with Honours Class 1, from the University of Wollongong. Lee is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
Since graduating Lee has worked clinically gaining a variety of experience in patients with cancer, neurological disorders, malnutrition and chronic conditions such diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Lee also has an interest in gastrointestinal issues such as irritable bowl syndrome.
Lee’s passion is food and cooking and she believes in realistic, tasty and nutritious approaches to meals. She can help you achieve your nutrition goals by working with you, taking into consideration your lifestyle and providing you with evidence-based nutritional advice.
Lee enjoys travelling to taste food from different cultures around the world and keeps active with stand up paddle boarding and playing netball.
