I have been involved in health, fitness and high performance sport since 1996 as an Exercise Scientist, Massage Therapist and Educator. Brent and I first crossed paths at Sutherland Leisure Centre, where I provided strength and conditioning to the Aquadot Swimming Club’s elite and development squads, aiming to prevent injury and allow athletes to perform at their peak. A highlight of my career was working with NSWIS and Australian Swimming from 1997-2004.
Today, as an ESSA* Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I am driven by society’s need to move more and move well, to benefit both physically and mentally; facilitating you to achieve your goals and enabling a high quality of life. I strongly believe Movement is Medicine, and wherever possible, it should be incorporated into our daily lives regardless of age, skill level or goals.
I love seeing people make friends and smile through movement and I have a keen interest in patients with heart disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, parkinson’s and musculoskeletal injuries.
I am passionate about moving well, without pain and enjoying it with family, friends & pets!
